Robert Ford

I am a technology professional with over 25 years of experience. My journey has led me to many different experiences, where I have been able to develop expertise in different areas. These areas include desktop and application support, systems analysis, desktop and web application development, data analysis, design and architecture, database administration, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and enterprise integration. I have expertise in supporting call center technologies and many sales, marketing, and enterprise learning platforms. I have had the opportunity to manage and build engineering teams working with employee and contractor roles both domestic and foreign.

My passion for technology is founded in the desire to help make businesses better. I believe that technology should have a purpose. To understand how best to use technology to support business, I decided to continue my education by obtaining a master’s in business administration.
